Therapy is a collaborative relationship where the client and therapist partner together to create a path for healing. I create a safe space for insight, self awareness, intention holding, and introspective growth. At times, I also integrate building coping skills, self soothing practices, and bibiliotherapy for psychoeducation.
Movement, expressive and visual arts, spirituality(nondenominational), can be integrated into the healing process. Integrating mind, body, and soul is the foundation to my practice in therapeutic healing. I use intuitive listening and connection to create an individualized plan to explore, overcome barriers, and address underlying issues.
